I was brought here at age 2,illegally and I’ m trying to further my education and start a family with my husband who is a U.S. citizen. USCIS told my husband to fill out the I-130 which is a petition for alien relative and in the process you eventually have to have an interview in the country you were born in (Mexico) but my husband has a great job and great opportunity and I would hate to ruin that for him so that’s why I ask : what can a immigration attorney do for me?
