Would an immigration attorney be retained for this purpose?

An ex broke into mine and my fiancee’s home. He received deferred adjudication on a first degree felony (Texas). He only carries a green card, and this crime obviously qualifies as moral turpitude. We never want him to bother us again.
What kind of lawyer do we consult to get him removed from the country?
